Starring Keith Wheeler and Jeff Evans, this is the tale of two elderly neighbors who try to outdo each other during election season. Each believes he can do it better, but who will ultimately win?
In her very first film as writer – and her first film as director – Laura tells a gentle, heartwarming tale with an important moral. John, as the Director of Photography, was excited to tackle the challenge of filming almost the entire story outside in two yards that were on opposing sides of the same street. Under Laura’s leadership, the production shot everything in two days, and post-production was completed in three weeks. After an initial screening, the film was re-colored and given a custom score by Australian composer Jacquie Joy. It is currently making its way to film festivals.
